Hell Everone, I have just got myself a 12 portable shower. How much power do they use and is the car battery going to cope with a couple of short showers a day? I think they draw 1.5 amps, have a new battery thanks john

It will add up to very little power - not worth worrying about. Your guess of 1.5 amps is about right (I measured it some years ago). You'd need to run it for an hour to use 1.5Ah which is a small fraction of the average car battery.
