Unusual for any Prado to overheat. My guess in likely order would be
#1 The viscous fan is not engaging. BTW, these fans are much more efficioent than any thermo fan. You don't hear the fan on startup. You should hear it engage (roar sound) when the the temp gauge has risen above its normal level. Its hard to test.
#2 Radiator is blocked. Usually caused by coolants precipitating because of incompatibility between different brands of coolant. Only solution is to get it rodded by a radiator
shop.
#3 Maybe the thermostat
It won't be the lights. Prados have heaps of radiator area.
