After 8 wonderful weeks inTasmania we spent the last night of our holiday in the rest area at Genoa near the Victorian and NSW border. It rained heavily all night and we checked the RTA website for latest updates for road closures as a result of torrential rain on the Far South Coast of NSW around Bega.

We decided to pack up and get as close to home as possible, and left the rest area around 7.30.
