Whilst getting ready for our next trip - dealing with menus and the like, I remembered that I had intended to share some more of our experiences from last year's trip. I thought that it might be of interest and assistance to some people if we shared our list of what we ate for dinner over the seven weeks. I guess my intention is to show that you can eat quite well but that also it is nice to take advantage of chances to buy a meal when available. Please note that the menus are in a document attached below.

This year we won't take bulky frozen meat like the rack of lamb but we will take frozen meat that can lie pretty flat. We plan to cut the osso bucco meat off the bones before we cryovac it this year - and trust that the flavour will be the same.

I have looked at the list of meals we wrote up before we left - they were much grander than the meals we actually ate!
