I was harder hit though!!! LOL $231.40 worth of getting hit in the nuts. And poor fuel quality to boot. 40kms and replace the fuel filter warning.

We're heading across the Gary Junction Rd and Kidson Track to 80 Mile Beach in a couple of weeks. We've been told to expect $3.80 a litre at Kunawarritji, it'll cost about $700 to fill up there.

I won't whinge because I can't go to the other place because there isn't another place.
It's a long way from anywhere. They get one delivery a week if the roads open.
It takes the truck two days to get there from Alice and it's two days back.

Ha! We've been to more remote places this trip and still the most expensive fuel was $2.80! Sounds like someone is making a buck! Oh, that's right, Lorella Springs was charging $3.00 a litre.
