Meet Arrabella A'van

With Eric being very unwell and looking like his camping days are coming to an abrupt and untimley end.
we have acquired a 1995 Aliner Avan- offroad model..needs a little attention and a some minor repairs.
If by chance we are able to get Eric out and about again it will be much more comfortable. But in reality if that is not to be, this is a great set up for me ( Leonie) to be able to travel solo in a little more comfort and with some sense of security .
there is no way i want to give up the bush/free camping lifestyle.
So we're now looking for solar panels and fitting out the rig with a little more water capacity (43 litres in the camper just won't cut it).
Eric's health is pretty poor and he is now under the palliative care team supported by the hospice. So my days are spent caring for Eric and giving Arrabella the once over.
She is definitely my sanity wagon... and i continue to dream of the open skies... a freshwater stream and a small camp fire with lots of cooking coals.
