Download file converted to pdf for easy of access to all. Please convert your publisher files to a more open format such as pdf before upload if you can Barry.
When I down load the file Microsoft Publisher starts but says it can't open the file?
File issue corrected - you can now download the file without error - It is a Microsoft Publisher File.

Reply: No wasn't aware it wouldn't open....I wouldn't have posted it otherwise.
