Kimberley and Pilbara Trip

Left home the 27th July cold as you know. Not many trucks on the road thank god because the road between Toowoomba an Morven was a shocker. It improved somewhat after Morven. have been camping in free camp areas along the way and met some great people. Stayed one night at Elsey National park Mataranka what a great place very quiet next night we stayed at Big Horse Creek then onto Keep River National park for a night. Van towed well on the gravel road but some how our water pump in the van shorted out and pumpted the vans water tanks dry. lucky we had 60 ltrs in the Cruiser. Currently we are here in Kununurra while the Cruiser gets serviced. The weather is great be here until Friday then up the Gibb River Road.
