 About Me

We are Norm and Kathryn (known as Kabby).
Many years ago, we did family camping in tents and had some great and memorable times. With work commitments and the family growing / getting involved in sport and other activities, camping ceased for many years.

In 2005, with the kids largely independent, we set ourselves up with Hilux dual cab and an Odyssey off road camper. The Hilux was a great and easily recognisable vehicle and was featured in 4WD Monthly (including cover) in 2006. We had some great trips in this set up, our favourites being The Kimberly / GRR / Mitchell Plateau (about 13 weeks) and two fishing trips to the NT (12 weeks and 20 weeks).

We have now moved on to a bigger and better set up. We have rented out our home on the Gold Coast and have 'hit the road' full time and plan on seeing and experiencing our great country for a few (perhaps several) years. Our Kedron Top Ender van is now home.
