And I was 14 at the time! Great time, life was simple - no computers, no mobiles and I spent a lot of time outdoors. Hoping to go back to the future when I retire in a couple of years.

Wow what a trip down memory land. 69 my first year out of high school & jobs were plentiful.
My greatest memory of the Vietnam War was of relief that my name didn't come out of the ballot system. Usually I win nothing. But this was a great win.
I hated the War but admired our boys who were called up. So many of us handled their return badly. And they suffered for it.
