Wheel cover security perhaps???

Just a few pix of the cable and fittings I have added to my new wheel cover in an attempt to keep thieving hands away.
About 3 metres of 2.5mm s/s cable, thimbles and clamps.
Cost was about $15.00 - time about 30 mins.

Excellent method replacing the elastic with a steel wire - how simple and I guess it makes it easier to put on as well as you do not have to stretch the elastic around the tyre just put it over and pull the steel wire. Maybe you should manufacture these as a kit and we could add these to the system for others to purchase?
