Members Trips & Gatherings Terms of Use

1. All Attendees will comply with all local laws and legal requirements.

2. All Attendees acknowledge that I.T. Beyond Pty Ltd and ExplorOz, directors and employees are not responsible for arranging, insuring or validating any Trip and Gathering.

3. All Attendees acknowledge that these events may be potentially hazardous to those taking part and all participants do so at his/her own risk.

4. All Attendees indemnify and hold harmless and will keep indemnified and held harmless:

a) I.T. Beyond Pty Ltd and ExplorOz, directors and employees from all Claims or Demands, whether known or unknown, by any person against I.T. Beyond Pty Ltd and ExplorOz from or related to, either directly or indirectly, the participation in any Trip or Gathering.

5. All Attendees will not advance, institute, prosecute, cause, procure, finance or support directly or indirectly the advancement, institution or prosecution of any proceeding of what ever nature, including (without limitation) any examination, inquiry or investigation, against I.T. Beyond Pty Ltd and ExplorOz, which relates to or touches upon any Trip and Gathering.

6. All Attendees release and forever discharge I.T. Beyond Pty Ltd and ExplorOz, its directors, employees, and agents from all Claims or Demands whether known or unknown arising out of or relating to a Trip or Gathering.

7. Definitions:

"Claim or Demand" means any claim, demand, action, proceeding, judgment, order, award of damage or costs of any nature whatsoever.
"Attendees" includes all persons or their legal or personal representatives attending or partipicating in a Trip and Gathering.
"Trip and Gathering" means a motoring event or social gathering arranged by members of the ExplorOz site, these members are not agents or employees of I.T. Beyond Pty Ltd and ExplorOz.
