Who needs Corporate Membership?
Corporate Membership is designed to offer a commercial arrangement
for the use of content that would be otherwise be an infringement of our
Terms of Use. It does not
absolve Copyright. Without Corporate Membership it is against the law
to use, publish or distribute ExplorOz content in any fashion for any
commercial purpose. It is your responsibility to ascertain if
your use of the "Site" content requires Corporate Membership,
although enforcement may proceed if a breach is detected. Options
There are two (2) different levels of Corporate Membership available
based on your intended usage of the content: Level 1
-
for printed use of content pages from the ExplorOz site where
distribution of content directly or indirectly provides a commercial
advantage (this includes generating trust or providing value-added
benefits to existing or prospective customers)

for any use of ExplorOz content to assist your business in any
commercial way
(for example; clubs, associations, tourist information
centres, tour operators, travel agencies etc)
Level 2
-
All items from Level 1 plus ...

website owners that wish to render (online only) ExplorOz content within
their website
with their unique navigation, look & feel. This option requires
customisation by the ExplorOz webmaster and pricing will be
negotiated based on the specific parts of the site that you select
for customised render and the ease/complexity of programming compatibility
of your site with our content.
Both options will require a signed agreement between your
business/company and I.T. Beyond Pty Ltd. and a fee may be payable. Without this agreement it is
against the law to use, publish or distribute ExplorOz content in any
fashion for any commercial purpose. We will proceed with enforcement should we find any breech
of our Trademarks & Copyright. Please refer to our Terms
of Use. The Corporate Membership Agreement is not available
online and must be sought by direct
contact with the Content Director. A suitable commercial arrangement
will be customised for you.
