Canberra. It's a popular destination for 4WD'ers and campers. The Goodradigbee River and the beautiful
Micalong Creek flow through the valley.

camping Reserves either on the Hume and Hovell Walking Track, the Goodradigbee River or
Micalong Creek. Only 1 hr away to/from
Canberra, Tumut, Yass, Brindabella. Close to State Forests. Primitive
Camping. Suitable for caravans and camper trailers also. All Reserves have toilets, some have showers. Pets welcome. Close to Carey's Cave. Wild caves. Villages have:
shop, fuel, bottleshop, tavern, restaurant, cafe. Amazing landscape.
