Description of Waterfall Gorge
Water Fall Gorge Arch, Car Park and Rock Hole.
There are a number of
camping
areas a few hundred metres south east of the gorge area, but wood is scarce. If you want a campfire bring wood with you.
Water Fall Gorge, was named by Frank Hann in March 1906. The gorge covers a significant area. Take a few hours to walk around the top and in it, to soak up the majesty of the place.
The most notable feature is without doubt the natural stone arch.
