Description of Pemberton
The historic timber town of Pemberton lies nestled in a valley surrounded by the spectacular karri forests of the
Gloucester National Park. It is located in the south west pocket of
Western Australia and hosts the tall trees - which is Pemberton's biggest attraction. There are plenty of
things to do around Pemberton like hiking the bush tracks, swimming, canoeing in the river, or indulging in the taste sensations offered by many restaurants, cafes and wineries. The Bibbulmun Track also winds past the town of Pemberton and offers some of the most enchanting stretches of karri forest.
