 Description of Benarkin State Forest

Access to Benarkin State Forest is via the Benarkin Forest Drive which leaves the D'Aguilar Highway 3.8klm east of Blackbutt. Camping areas are at Clancy's camping area and Emu Creek camping area
Camping permits are required.
Clancy's camping area is located 11.6km south of the D'Aguilar Highway on Benarkin Forest Drive. Limited tank drinking water, boil it first or bring your own. Bring firewood.and Pets OK.

Emu Creek camping area is located 13.3km south of the D'Aguilar Highway on Benarkin Forest Drive. Limited tank drinking water, boil it first or bring your own. and take your own firewood. NO Pets
