Description of Wabma Kadarbu Mound Springs Conservation Park
Not a hole in the ground but just a low mound 10m high and 100m round. Clear warm water is out of bounds. Watch it surging without a sound from the base of the pool at the top of the mound. Over the centuries minerals in the water have deposited. A higher mound is what has resulted. Surrounded by a desert landscape that's harsh. There's not enough overflow to make it a marsh.
