 Description of Mount Field National Park

This is one of the most beautiful and spectacular National Parks in Tasmania, with highlights like the huge otherworldly Pandani plants, giant trees - Swamp Gums, which are the tallest flowering plants in the world, magnificent drives and walks on both sides of the snowline, rainforest areas, the famed Russell Falls, and for the lucky and active among us - views all the way to Hobart.
