Description

Spicy flatbread to have with stews and casseroles, or by itself.

Ingredients

  • 250gms Self raising Flour
  • 250ml Natural Yoghurt
  • Pinch of salt
  • A good pinch of baking powder
  • Moroccan Spices

Method

  • Step 1Combine all the ingredients.
  • Step 2Dont proof mixture
  • Step 3Divide mixture into 4 pieces.
  • Step 4Roll until 1 cm thick, about the size of your hand.
  • Step 5Olive Oil on BBQ or hotplate, cook for 2mins each side, sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Step 6Enjoy
