Our Defender Td5 did not use more fuel then usual, the dirt road was pretty smooth and in good condition. The 4WD track is not that extreme, never had to use low range. Therefore was no need to burn more fuel than usual.
(Please note: had to tick 4Cyl engine because the 5Cyl engines are missing in the Engine size/capacity column.)
