The campsites here are setback a little from the
day use area which is closer to the main
waterhole.
If you are camping, you must book online using the National Parks booking site. Be aware that these are individual bays located around a central communal area and bollarded to keep vehicles off the grass. Select your site carefully as only some will accommodate longer vans. Most sites are quite small and only fit a trailer/van in the bay, so your vehicle needs to be parked on the ring road just in front - this all seems to work ok. The upside is the campsites are
well spaced apart from one another and it is a pleasant
camp area with trees for shelter.
Whilst there are flush
toilets and hand basins with running water, there are NO SHOWERS. Drinking water is available from a
water tank in the
picnic area.
