Can anyone give me any info regarding caravan/camping clubs that include singles wishing to start the camping life. My 52 yr old daughter is wondering how she could get started and have some short trips away.

I met a lady with an Avan last year who was travelling to a meeting. She was on her own and was meeting several others on the way.
I would say most Van Clubs would have a proactive approach to all members, especially singles.

Join a club or search for a Meet Up group in her area which covers what she is interested in. Cheers

Our Caravan Club out here in Central West NSW has a number of Singles as members. They seem to enjoy themselves and we don't "single" them out for different treatment etc. There is always someone around to hand out advice and assistance when needed. I'm sure that most Caravan Clubs would welcome her as a member.

The CMCA does have a solos group and they meet regularly.

The CMCA has a special Interest Group for SOLo's. They have two rallys per year about 160-180 MH, C'vans and 5'ers turn up of which about 75-80% are women.
This is a Solos club NOT a dating club.

Please contact the people there for more information.
I belong and go to the Rallys and a good and happy time is had by all.

Might I suggest that she contact and join one of these clubs now.
Then she could talk to people on the best way to go about things, eg, method of R'ving, tent, camping trailer, C'van, Motor Home or even a 5th wheeler.
Find out what the clubs activities are, do they fit her life style etc?

There are many caravan clubs available in NSW and many have single member vans in them.

Here is the list.
