Has anyone travelled these in the last few days? I know covid is strangling travel but now that we can get permits to return home (Queenslanders) the rush is on.
I'm sure I'm not the only one wondering.
Heard the Plenty was closed a few days ago.. It seems to be open now to 4wd with flood warnings.

Keith,

Plenty was quite wet, where the roadworks are and detour was more suited to ski boats. We were allowed to drive on some of the new alignment. Plenty of corrugations & the long bulldust sections were mud 10 days ago.

Most, with exception of 80-90kms, of Qld section is now bitumen, and a damn fine job Boulia Shire has done too.
