Check your spam/junk folders in your email program - and also check your User Account - there is an option to opt in/out of newsletters so make sure you've opted IN :) We only send newsletters every few months when there's something specifically relevant that needs a mass message to all.

I have contacted you a couple of times, and you still have an issue with your system.

I no longer ever receive members reply, your newsletters and anything else related to EO

I have never ever blocked the site, they never ever appear in my Bigpond Junk folder.

Macca is the same, so it makes you wonder how many more members are having the same issue.

The logs show over 29,000 members opened the newsletter in the first 24 hours so plenty are getting it :)
We know that some people miss emails, and some mail programs reject certain senders emails so in your case, make sure you specifically go to your mail program and add the noreply@exploroz.com email as a safe sender to be sure. Otherwise, search the BigPond support pages for other methods to ensure you are receiving mail from a specific sender. Note the email is sent from noreply@exploroz.com

Hi Michelle,

Just a quick note to let you know that I received the electronic copy of the Exploroz Traveller App News Letter.

Still not sure what happened to the Exploroz News Letter, I do not currently have access to my computer, using a tablet, so can’t go back and check my trash bin for it in case I accidentally deleted it.
