Tablet Connection Issues fix for 'you are currently offline'

If you get this issue, this is what you should do. I couldn't find this in the troubleshooting document or any of the others in help.

'Offline' messages and connection issues.

If your tablet/device is on wifi at home and it shows:
- a red wifi icon at the top left, or
- it gets stuck during login and says 'you are currently offline'
then you have an internet wifi issue.

You can check this by connecting to someone else's wifi or hotspot to your phone for an internet connection. If this fixes the problem, try restarting your modem or resetting it to factory. If this doesn't work, contact your internet provider.
