Chilly night and a good frost, but we were cosy in the camper. I was up early, had a nice walk along the river at Balranald, lovely picnic areas and some history signboards, so a bit educational as well. Then we ate all our remaining fruit for brekkie as we knew we would have to discard it at the border with SA.

Today we followed the mighty Murray river, and crossed it a few times. Quite spectacular in places with magnificent cliffs. We followed the Sturt Highway through Renmark, and turned off after Truro to Kapunda.

Peter had changed the tow bar tongue to level out the ride height of the camper, and put the tyre pressures up a bit, we were sagging a bit at the back of the hilux . It seemed to improve the ride a bit. We arrived Kapunda at about 5pm, had a great evening catching up with the family and watching the cricket.
