Yesterday was just a big and boring drive day from Louth to somewhere near Parkes.

We stayed overnight in the Goobang National Park at Wanda Wondong camping area. It's just a coinvenient and nice place to stay overnight. You can have fires, and from here it's only 4 or so hours to Sydney.

On our drive from here to Orange we went through Yeoval, Cumnock and Molong. They had an Animals on Bikes competition over a few years, so now the road has heaps of sculptures of various animals on bikes. it certainly makes it a lot of fun for the kids and only adds about half an hour to the travel time, even if you stop and take pictures. I thoroughly recommend this route if you have kids. It continues up to Dubbo Zoo if you're heading up there.
