Our other Travel and Motorhome Blogs

We've been ExplorOz members for 7 years and find it very useful, but we've been using Blogger for most of our travel and technical articles up until now.

While Exploroz blog pages permit easy and quick entry of information, Blogger provides more flexibility in layout and allows larger photos (but also more ways to stuff things up).

So rather than clutter up the ExplorOz website by duplicating our entries, we've linked to some of our more interesting ones below (IMHO of course).

And if you are lucky enough to own an Oka, there are quite a number of Oka-specific articles there too, and some on general motorhome matters.

Our main Blogger site is Travels with an Oka

Or you can go straight to these Travel Articles:

Great Central Road north to 80 Mile Beach. Includes the David Carnegie Rd, Eagle Highway, Talawana Track, CSR and Kidson Track
Snake in Well 46
Gulvida Soak near Well 50
Sandy Blight Junction Road
Atomic Tests in the Great Victoria Desert
Lake Ballard Statues
Giles Meteorological Office
Gary Highway
Tragedy in the Bungle Bungles
Our 2008 Outback Trek
Our 2007 Outback Trek.

From these you can link to our Picassaweb and Panoramio sites to see a much larger range of photos, or go there directly:

Our Picasaweb photos,
Our Panoramio photos (geotagged),
Our Photobucket photos,
or here if you're into 1970's photos of India, Nepal, Iran and Afghanistan, when we were young and slim and touring the world in a converted LandRover.

Hope you find them useful or interesting, or both.
