Here's a quick video we put together last week after spending a few days at Scott and Gaby's family cabin in the lakes and forests near the Algonquin state park. It was quite cold with the occasional light snow fall. Ontario is covered in thousands of kilometres of trails prepared for quads during the summer and snow mobiles during the winter. We enjoyed exploring many of the tracks around the nearby lakes. Being hunting season, we had to wear the reflective vests as a safety feature. The quads are Arctic Cat 550cc petrol units with heated everything’s. I thought they were taking the piss when they said the handlebars were heated but I soon learnt to appreciate them. Damn it was cold. It was a lot of fun in country that it very different to what I'm used to!
