For over 16 years, we've earned a reputation for prompt and efficient customer service. Despite our small staffing resources, we allocate various communication channels to ensure the fastest response is possible no matter what method you use. It is very rare to not get a response during normal working hours, on weekdays. However, our ability to manage our communication channels effectively is compromised when people send duplications of the same message to more than one contact point. We urge you to please only send your enquiry via one communication channel to avoid unnecessary duplication of effort on our end. We get really frustrated when we put time into responding to queries only to find that it has already been handled by another person. There should be no reason to make assumptions that we won't get your messages and respond promptly.

KiwiAngler I am a fulltime "grey nomad " have been travelling around Australia now for 6 years and have covered over 200,000 kms - a lot of this travel has been off road - i have been using another programme for that travelling but have now switched over to Traveller - great app - easy to use - intuitive - thoroughly recommend

I have been in awe of the EOTopo online maps and love using them. I purchased the EOTopo maps but they didn't match online version as shown in Places. I think I made a request to be able to purchase the whole database and here it is - you've done it!. I am very excited by this release and will have a chance to field test it on a desert trip next month. Many thanks
