Hello there

I have a 2013 D MAX LS_U with the Isuzu radio and have upgraded my phone from a S7 (where the bluetooth was connecting and was able to use) to a S23+
i can pair the S23+ to the D MAX and when i try and put the phone book across via bluetooth factory unit
it says "not connected' even tho the phone and Isuzu radio are paired.

Anyone know what the issue could be?

T I A
cheers

Have you deleted the S7 from the radio /head unit? I'm no expert but both my vehicles will autoconnect with the last device connected. If you want to connect to another, you may have to select it. They also have a limit on the number of devices. With the VW it's all done via a small screen in the instrument cluster, on the Pajero it's via voice. Do other Bluetooth functions work, can you play audio? I'd suggest rtfm and hope it's comprehensible.

How do you know the S7 has been deleted if there is no screen to see it is gone? Interested to find that out!
Is the S7 still ON and in range of the headunit? Maybe the head unit it still reading it. Lots of Solar Bluetooth devices have to have the previous BT connect erased to use a different smart phone to access it. It may be a BT THING!
