I'm a retiree presently enjoying the benefits of Peter Costello's tax break for Seniors!
My comfy car is a LR Disco 3 which I absolutely love. Coupled up to a Pioneer offroad camper trailer we have done a fair bit of wandering around WA, including the Holland Track and Gibb River Road. But I do worry about all the fancy Disco electrics and what happens if they go wrong out in the desert.
So...I am about to take delivery of a used Toyota troopie with pretty basic electrics! The plan is to use the troopie for some more remote exploring starting with the CSR in May...without the camper!
