About Me
After over 25 years driving a Landcruiser I bought a Patrol and so far I'm happy with it. Much more legroom and more comfortable cabin. Allways had Traybacks and this one is a 2m wide 2.4m long tray.
The roof is a 50mm sandwich panel to keep tha heat out and vinyl sie-curtains. Inside is a dog-cage for our Rottweiler Baloo who comes along on most trips. The roof-rack is about 3m long and 1.6m wide. We have a mattress to fit in there and somethimes sleep on the roof is the
weather is fine and there is no mossoies. The Camper on the back is a Aussie Teardrop camper and I build those for a living. The beauty about a TD is you don't have to put anything up or pull canvas to have a bed for a quick sleep.
We do have an annex if we stay for longer than a few days and we have the Coleman Dome you can see in the picture.
We go
camping as much as we can and love the beach and the dessert.
How lucky we are to live in the best country in the world.
Cheers
Reiner and Sam
