Trip/Gathering Index
Description
Our trip is for a total of 3 weeks but can be joined or left at any point. We would especially like company for the actual Desert Crossing but would more than welcome company for any or all of the trip.
A quick run down of the trip is via the following destinations:
Yarra Glen, Barmera, Marree, Cooper Pedy, Uluru, Kings Canyon, Alice Springs, Kulgera, Mt Dare, Dalhousie springs, Simpson Desert, Birdsville, Innamincka, Cameron Corner, Broken Hill, Murray River then home. We have an itinerary which we are tweaking as we hear stories from others who have visited these areas. We would be happy to email it to anyone interested.
We are a couple in our 40's and will have two passengers. There are 2 other cars that are possibly going but won't know until closer to the date.

I am interested in doing this trip. We have a potential conflict with the time but that may disappear. We are experienced travellers who normally travel on their own but recognise that for some parts of the Simpson company may be useful. |
