The places listed, desperately require updating and will eventually be used to compliment the trek note we are currently working on. We greatly appreciate any contributions and your work will help make a very interesting trek note for everyone.

Murray Valley Hwy

This trek note is still under construction. The trek note starts at Yarrawonga and ends at Mildura, following the Murray River on the Murray Valley Highway. It takes in many of the towns and homesteads along the way. If you have any photos or could add descriptions on any of the following - please update them. Thanks very much.

Chambers Pillar

Chambers Pillar is a natural sandstone formation used by our famous early explorers as a navigational point. You can still read their signatures and inscriptions carved into the rock. It is also a beautiful photographic subject in a remote 4WD area. Click for Chambers Pillar

Boggy Hole

Finke Gorge is located within the Finke Gorge NP south of the West MacDonnell Ranges in the Alice Springs region. The most popular attraction is Boggy Hole, a permanent billabong of the Finke River. This is a good 4WD route to Uluru and/or Kings Canyon. Click for Boggy Hole
