Welcome to the Place Updates Wanted page. This is where you can assist us, by clicking on one of the places below and updating the place with a place photo, description or feedback. The places listed, desperately require updating and will eventually be used to compliment the trek note we are currently working on. We greatly appreciate any contributions and your work will help make a very interesting trek note for everyone.

Murray Valley Hwy

This trek note is still under construction. The trek note starts at Yarrawonga and ends at Mildura, following the Murray River on the Murray Valley Highway. Camping on the banks of the Murray; either north bank in NSW or south bank in Vic. The north bank is in a national park accessed from Barooga. We camped at Quick's Beach. No Facilities.

Chambers Pillar

Chambers Pillar is a natural sandstone formation used by our famous early explorers as a navigational point. You can still read their signatures and inscriptions carved into the rock. It is also a beautiful photographic subject in a remote 4WD area. Click for Chambers Pillar
