know
the importance of App Reviews. We encourage you to give a review for each version of the app that we
release to ensure these reviews are relevant to the current version so new buyers can see feedback about the version that they will get before they download.
You don't have to do it when prompted because there's a link on the About screen. Go to Menu, select
"Manuals
&
About" - then scroll and tap the words "APP RATING". This opens the
store listing page. Scroll to the Review section and write your review.
Please also keep in mind that the Help Desk should be your first point of contact if you have a
problem with the app.
99% of the time every issue can be resolved. The app rarely has any bugs but if you simply find a
feature annoying, then you can also let us know via the Help Desk and we'll do our best to consider
how best to resolve and improve it. We often respond to feedback and suggestions and this is why the
updates are so frequent.
Please give us a chance before posting anything negative. We are happy to hear your suggestions for
improvements and we want we want your input - so also make sure you've completed the Survey (link above in
