The 1 place I mailed that werent too far away was crazy...
Tariff AU$
Mon-Thurs: 1 night AU $150; 2 nights AU$250; 3 nights AU$350; 4 nights AU$450.
Fri-Sun: 1 night AU $210; 2 nights AU$330; 2 nights AU$430.
Thats adults AND children!
Cooked breakfasts included with weekend packages; otherwise first morning only but extra breakfasts available at nominal charge.
$450 for 1 night mid week for me wife and 4yr old son...
or
$630 for a Saturday night for me wife and 4yr old son??? And you only get brekkie! 1 egg and bacon, woohoo....
Am I on the correct planet?
Lookin at some of the ones on the BAB link they are cheaper might look into it again.

Goodness, that sounds a very expensive stay.
Wogarno Station cost $7.00 per night per person to camp with power and use of the shearers toilets and showers (clean and pleasant). If you stay in the homestead and have meals then it is much more expensive.
What we are looking for is really a version of bush
camping in our camper trailer, but on private property with the added bonus of facilities.
Good luch finding somewhere cheaper!
