The Caravan and Camping Show is on this weekend at Kembla Grange Racecourse near Wollongong

Last year they were getting rid of stuff reasonably cheap on the sunday afternoon as they were packing up. Might be worth a look then.

Always best to be there around pack up time. Thats when they will drop prices if at all.
Seems that these so called "shows" are NO LONGER what they first set out to be. The whole idea was to gather a large group in one place ( both customers and retailers) and try to undersell the opposition.
BUT with time, seems they have set a standard between themselves and that stopped any chance of a bargain at these shows for us the buyers.
I have woken up to it all as have many others. Its just not worth going unless you want to kill time and look around. I only go to 1 every 4 years now as i personally think thats a approximate time span for some really NEW inovations. But even so, I wouldnt buy from the shows unless i knew my prices before heading off to one.
I love it when you talk DIRTY !

I will be at the show, only because I have to work there. I find the shows a great place to see what is new, and compare prices, and ask all the hard to answer questions. Having a lot of sellers in the same spot
saves a lot of running around.
See you there

Went today. Always find something new to look at. Still prefer the larger shows at Rosehill and Darling Harbour. We did buy a caravan at the Rosehill show 2 years ago and it was definitely A LOT CHEAPER!! You have to research before you go and know what you want.
