G`day Robb
We have been using Hankook
tyres on our L/C 100 series for a couple of tyre changes. We had been using the ROF3 ten ply. LT 235/85 R16. We are now using the ROF4 ten ply LT235/R16. Our application involves a lot of towing of trailers off road. Our engineering business does service work for Parks
Victoria among other things. We have consintantly averaged 80,000 klms per set of
tyres. With the thicker walls the ride is a lot firmer, but the bum of the L/C isn`t pushed around.
Keep wandering

Bob,
When I bought my Jackaroo it had Hankooks and they had absolutely no road holding on wet bitumen. I am due for a new set of
tyres later this year and am looking at what is available. How have you found Hankooks on wet bitumen? It was hard to judge the set I had. They had been on the Jack several years, as the previous owner only did a couple of thousand ks each year. No doubt they were hard and lost some grip.
