Back in Post # 12,714 I have mentioned a product I have been using for about 12 months which has assisted keeping my fuel filters clean.
Check out : www.morisons.com.au
There is a report in there about what Ron Moon found in his fuel filter which led to engine running problems.
I know some readers are very sceptical about the reasons why these mags push certain products (ie: they get them for nothing in return for a favourable write-up). I agree with those sentiments and I am not convinced about the merits of a product until I've either used it myself or know somebody who has.
I use CAV filters on a Denco adaptor replacement of my OE Nissan filter and the De-Bug unit goes in line before the filter.
As far as I'm concerned it works very well......but then again as far as I know, I've never picked up a load of dodgy fuel, so that would be the real acid test.
Just my opinion, but I'm not sorry I've bought the De-Bug.
Please note I have no financial interest in this unit (other than having bought one of course...LOL)
