Are you sure it's the LED, not the switch? I had trouble with mine and found it was the switch playing up. Sprayed it with some electronic cleaner and it's been working ever since.

Hi , my hubby hasn't taken the handle off yet to check the led , what is the electronic spray you use as he said he will get some and try that first as the switch seems to be sticking .
??thanks Petra.

Just a pressure pack can of "Contact Cleaner". You can get it at JayCar, and I think I've seen it in Supa Cheap!

Are you sure its an LED our 2008 model had a tiny ordinary bulb like a torch bulb in it.

Those LED lit handles are great little receptacles for water that runs down in the acrylic into the bowl at the bottom. It is likely that some electrolysis has taken place with the unlike metals. If you do need to change the LED, make sure you put some silicon sealant around the acrylic inside the metal, to keep the water out.

Seems like the LED has been any colour as long as you get blue, so you may have the opportunity to change.

Hi John . We have had trouble with water getting in the bedroom window.....
However I've spoken to our repair guy and he said he will replace the whole handle under warranty, the van is now out of warranty so I think there must be an issue with this batch of handles .
Thanks for your input , it all helps.
