Thanks for the reply Brian. I have the Ox in hand if youll pardon the pun. It has come with 6 hoses (2 long about 750) 4 about 400 (hoses don't have any eye ends for pump/box think they are a universal type and I presume i'm short the 2 male/male connectors that screw into the pump) Did you have tjm fit yours and are the connectors behind the bar except for the line to the pump and steering box (mine also has the dump valve so need to run power and switch to the dash) Is the control lever on the end of the winch toward the passenger side and the cable comes out the bottom of the drum. Was there a reason for the arb over the tjm bar.
Don't have a bar to mount it in yet, the factoy alloy bar looks too hard to modify. many thanks from Paul P.S. is there a way to contact you other than the forum?

I just phoned Paul at work to let him know he's received a response. He'll probably get onto a puter either at lunch time or after work.

Paul,I had mine fitted by south coast 4wd to ARB steel bar,I just preferred ARB over TJM just personal preferance. The levers are on drivers side not passengers side. The opening in arb bar for your arm to activate levers is just too narrow for your arm needs to be enlarged. Also the position of the levers in the diagram on the winch is incorrect.I do not have the bypass but it works well, slower than electric but less problems and more powerful
i can be contacted by email on fitzgerald@speedlink.com.au will also give phone number if you want
