Troopy Heater

Submitted: Tuesday, Jul 02, 2002 at 00:00

Bruce

My brother has just bought a 87 troopy with the 3F motor. Although the engine temp seems to be fine the heater leaves a lot to be desired in these winter months. The previous owner says it has always been like this. Is it common in these models. Thanks

Thanks Larry. I am leaning towards a blocked core as everything else seems fine.

Bruce ,is this vehicle on lpg ? If so check the lpg convertor hoses, sometimes they are connected into the heater hoses and the water takes the least resistance route usualy the lpg convertor so the heater will not heat up. You may have to redo the hoses to the lpg convertor.
