Swap Meets/Sales etc

Hi all,

I was just wandering if anyone had any idea about some swap meet, sales etc around Kingscross where backpackers etc go to sell their camping gear et etc. Aparrently it was on channel nine a few weeks ago and in the car park of some hotel where a lot of backpackers go to sell their unwanted gear from travelling. also selling cars and caravans etc.

Just wandering if anyone has any idea about it and if they could give me some information about it.

Krisko - The site you're seeking is in the parking station adjacent to the old Gazebo Hotel (now being turned into apartments) and is in Ward Avenue, Darlinghusrst, just before it changes to Elizabeth Bay Road.

Don't go early in the morning as nobody is active until about 9.30 ... guess they have too many late nights.

Have parked there many times and walked through the constantly changing displays.

Interesting ... although it's mainly vehicles that are for sale and they seem to cover the whole spectrum cheap rubbish, expensive rubbish and fairly good bargains.
