Hi Topcat
We miskakenly got on to it from
Eucla on our way to
Reid last year. Travelled along it to the
Forrest road and headed north from there. It was a good track and easy travelling. From the Hema map it looks like its all public road to Madura but need to turn south from Undawidgi Rockhole so as not to take the private road. There a sh*t load of tracks out there (particularly around the
Eucla end) so if you have laptop
GPS that should take some of the guesswork out of the trip...wish we had ours then!! Cheers

Hi Luxoluk. I have looked at the Hema map & as you stated it looks as though it is passable provided you keep off private tracks. Did part of it a few years back from
Eucla out to Abrakurrie Cave then returned to
Eucla. No problems with
navigation. Got all the necessary gear. Cheers.
