Hey Bruce we made it only one drowned one vehicle Pete's Pajaro (no snorkle), the Turon was up, running about 1 to 2' over the causeway and the Macquarie was up too the Pajaro crossed the river to Sailors bluff and was nearly wash down stream it came up over the bonnet and got a gut full of water that was on sunday, saturday we did it there was no prob obviously it came up overnight, down stream was not too bad we all crossed there but that was the only hiccup, good time had by all. I put a small report in T/G but it didn't automaticly generate a post i will finish the report tonight with pix and more details.

Apparently all this time from the Vic high country and Bendethra we were in 2WD no drive in the front diff, here i was thinking it was my poor driving or the Explorers limitations and blow me down it was a mechanical fault in the drive train, how good will it go in 4WD if it just about goes anywhere in 2WD. Where are ya Eric i'm up for a challenge now mate and bring your troopy along too John, lets go i'm PUMPED lol.

Baz

Do you have "BAZ" black and white plates on your vehicle (Didn't get time to recognize the make) and was towing a camper trailer along Durham Street, Bathurst about midday on Sunday?
Just that I had been reading your posts about going down the Bridle Track and as I live at Eglinton I spotted the number plate and thought it might have been you.

Cheers

I would only be kind. So I guess it was you.

I will have to try and get to your next get together. I will supply the homebrew.

Mind you I am careful where I take the "Terracan". Did give it a bit of a workout over the weekend. Up to 26,000kms and still going strong.

Cheers

Bigfella, no it wasn't me. I was responding to flappan's post above.

Homebrew always welcome.

We have a property 10km the Mudgee side of Hill End. Nice spot. This is me (the rig).
