Hilux 1981 4WD Suspension Upgrade

It's getting tired.
1. Is the addition of coil spring to existing leaf pack a good idea?
2. Or do I replace the existing leaf packs with a new set to get correct
settings back?
3. Other alternatives?

It is used on-farm as well as travelling. Needs to carry rated load 50-60% of time, or passengers only 40-50%.

I would appreciate some words of wisdom to help me make a decision.
