Trip north from Mt Ive or Hiltaba between Lakes Gairdner and Everard to Kingoonya in the Gawler Ranges. Trip being planned and so would be pleased to hear from people who have travelled either route if they found it interesting and worthwhile and any places/points of interest.

Did Kingoonya to Mt Ive in 99, towing offroad caravan. Good dirt road. Stayed Mt Ive HS campground - gave us access to Lake Gairdner - wonderful - better than Lake Eyre. Some interesting walking and birdwatching on Mt Ive tracks. Between Mt Ive and Minnipa some interesting scenery and pastoral history. Mt Ive to Kingoonya variable scenery - certainly a track to do once.
