MQ Patrol Engine Conversions

Good afternoon all !

Have any readers had experience with engine conversions in a MQ Patrol (SD33 diesel engine currently in it) ?

I have no pre-set ideas of what or where, simply after a cheap power increase (so 6.2 lt chev's are out of the question!)

Thanks

Troy..

Thought of a Turbo, and maybe a rebuild as its probably a little sad by now, would have around 300,000klms on the clock by now I would expect(my 90 mod GQ has 300,000!).

I just installed a turbo on mine about 4 months ago, and its a new car.

As for motors nothing will be cheap. Engineers certifications are getting harder and more strict.

Maybe call Marks Adapters in Melbourne, they specialize in them, and see what they have to say...

Also have a look at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Patrol4WD/ there are 500 Patrol owners from G60-GU3's with good knowledge!
